I highly doubt it. Elle has said before that she does not have a twitter or any other social networking site. If Elle did have a twitter I don’t think she would put an old photoshoot picture of herself as her background/profile picture.

I found a few of them on google with different tags on them, and was able to combine them to remove the tags. Thanks very much!

There are lots of different places to find similar glasses. Some searching around etsy got me to this pair: here, but there is a similar pair for even cheaper at urban outfitters: here.
I haven’t been able to ID the dress, but I’m sure there’s something similar out there.
